Inquiry and availability check

Send a booking inquiry via the contact form, email, or phone with your preferred dates, session type (branding), and a brief description of your business and goals.

AMorgan Studios confirms availability and suggests potential dates/times.

Discovery call (15–30 minutes)

  • Schedule a short call to discuss your brand, target audience, visual goals, wardrobe ideas, location preferences (studio vs. on‑location), and any deliverables you need.

  • Use this call to ask questions about pricing, turnaround, and what to expect on shoot day.

Proposal and contract

  • Receive a customized proposal outlining the session package, deliverables, pricing, and any add‑ons (extra retouched images, hair/makeup, second shooter, etc.).

  • Review and sign the digital contract to secure your date.

Deposit and date confirmation

  • Pay the required retainer/deposit (amount specified in the proposal). The booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session date, time, and next steps.

Pre‑shoot planning and moodboard

  • Provide brand assets (logo, website, color palette) and examples of imagery you like.

  • AMorgan Studios creates a moodboard and shot list tailored to your goals—outfits, props, backgrounds, poses, and any on‑location logistics.

  • Finalize wardrobe, props, and hair/makeup plans. If desired, book recommended hair/makeup services.

Logistics and preparation checklist

  • Receive a pre-shoot guide that includes location address or studio details, parking info, arrival time, what to bring, wardrobe tips, and how to prepare (sleep, skin prep, bring touch‑up kit).

  • Confirm final details (call time, parking, any permits for locations) 48–72 hours before the shoot.

Shoot day

  • Arrive at the studio or agreed location at the scheduled time. A quick warm‑up and wardrobe/lighting checks will be done.

  • Follow the planned shot list, but allow flexibility for spontaneous moments and brand storytelling shots.

  • The photographer will guide posing, expressions, and pacing to capture varied usable images.

Image selection and editing

  • Within the timeline stated in your contract, receive a private online gallery of edited proofs or selects.

  • Choose your final images (if package includes client selects) or review final retouched images prepared by the studio.

Retouching and final deliverables

  • Final retouching is applied to selected images (color correction, skin retouching, background cleanup as agreed).

  • Receive high‑resolution files and web‑optimized versions, plus any extras included in your package (social templates, headshots, etc.) via download link.

What to have ready before you start

  • Clear goals for the shoot (brand message, platforms, mood).

  • Brand colors, logo files, and examples of desired imagery.

  • Wardrobe and prop options organized by outfit change.

  • Questions about timeline, deliverables, and usage rights.

Typical timeline

  • Booking to shoot: 1–8+ weeks depending on availability.

  • Image delivery: usually within 1–3 weeks after the shoot (varies by package and retouching needs).

If you’re ready to book, send your preferred dates and a brief description of your business and goals to start the process with us!

Talk to you soon
